Othello is a small bench. Where a client needs something Othello does not itself build or award — software, an exchange registration, a verification — it says so, and names who does. Everything on this page can be checked with the other party.

Othello’s carbon engagements run on KClimate 1.5, the carbon-accounting platform built by KCLIMATE, part of the Kasikorn group. The arrangement is straightforward, and worth stating plainly: powered by KClimate, delivered by Othello.
Othello did not build this software. KCLIMATE owns and develops it. What Othello brings is the engagement around it — boundary setting, data collection, emission factors, the report in the format TGO requires, and support through the verification day. The platform is where the inventory lives afterwards, so the client’s team can maintain it instead of commissioning the whole exercise again next year.

What this partnership is, and is not
It is a commercial collaboration under which Othello delivers carbon engagements on the KClimate platform, with a platform subscription included inside an Othello CFO engagement. Othello is not the software’s author, and does not present itself as one. Questions about the platform itself are best put to both of us together — write to [email protected].

Othello is a registered advisor in the SET JUMP+ Advisory Pool — the panel SET maintains for listed companies building JUMP+ value-creation plans. Registration is recorded in SET’s own published Advisory Pool list, so it can be checked without taking our word for it.
Othello carries all three capability marks — ธุรกิจ (Business) ธรรมาภิบาล (Governance) และการดำเนินการด้านสภาพภูมิอากาศ (Climate Action) — which only a minority of the registered firms hold. For a listed company, the practical consequence is that the climate and disclosure workstream of a JUMP+ plan and the plan itself can sit with one advisor rather than being split across two.
What is not on this page
Partnerships under discussion are not partnerships.
Othello is in commercial discussion with other organisations, including assurance and consulting firms. None of them appear here, because a proposal is not a signed agreement and announcing one early is both inaccurate and a reliable way to make it not happen.
A name reaches this page when the agreement is executed and the other party has agreed to be named — the same standard applied to clients.
Ask us who does what.
If any part of a proposed engagement would be delivered by someone other than Othello’s own bench, you will be told before you sign, not after.
