The Clause-Mapped Bilingual One Report
From 2026, FTSE Russell — not the SET ESG Rating — is the benchmark, and it scores your public English disclosure. Your Thai filing satisfies the SEC; your English edition earns the score. We deliver both from one engagement: clause-by-clause mapped, terminology-locked, with zero drift between what the regulator reads and what the rater reads.

Translation converts words. Mapping preserves disclosure.
The 56-1 One Report has a fixed clause architecture. When the English version drifts from it — a merged section here, a softened number there — raters read inconsistency and regulators read risk. Clause mapping keeps both editions telling the same facts in the same structure.

Clause map
We index your Thai filing against the SEC One Report architecture and build the clause-to-clause skeleton the English edition will follow.
Terminology lock
An EN↔TH term base is fixed across IFRS S1/S2, GRI, TGO and SET/SEC vocabulary — one term, one translation, everywhere.
TEP build
ISO 17100-aligned translate–edit–proof by the in-house bench, inside the mapped skeleton — never a loose re-write.
FTSE calibration
The English edition is checked against the FTSE Russell pillars and indicators it will be scored on, then parity-certified against the Thai.
Built on the frameworks. Backed by credentials.
The standards we disclose against, the Thai regime we file inside, and the certifications behind the bench that does the work.
FTSE Russell ESG Score 4.0/5.0
The first FTSE Russell ESG result after the SET transition announcement — secured under LSEG global methodology for a SET-listed healthcare operator. Our bench led the climate disclosure, GHG inventory, framework alignment and submission. The same clause-mapped methodology drives the 2026 cycle across every SET sector.

01What exactly is a Clause-Mapped Bilingual One Report?+
One engagement that produces two aligned documents: your Thai 56-1 One Report for the SEC, and an English investor/rater edition mapped to it clause by clause — same disclosure architecture, locked terminology, no drift between versions. The English edition is calibrated to be legible to FTSE Russell and international investors, while the Thai remains the authoritative filing.
02Why does this matter more from 2026?+
Because SET is adopting FTSE Russell ESG Scores as the domestic benchmark, and FTSE assesses companies primarily on their public English-language disclosure. Under the old SET rating your Thai filing carried the weight; now your English edition is what gets read and scored. A weak or drifting English version directly costs score.
03How is this different from just translating our report?+
Commodity translation converts words; clause mapping preserves disclosure. We lock an EN↔TH terminology base (IFRS S1/S2, GRI, SET/SEC vocabulary), map every clause of the Thai filing to its English counterpart, then calibrate the English against the FTSE Russell indicators it will be scored on. The output is checked for parity — a rater and a regulator read the same facts.
04Who does the work?+
A 100% in-house Bangkok bench: ISO 17100-aligned translation workflow (translate–edit–proof), ESG advisory led under an AA1000-certified sustainability assurance practitioner, working under NDA from the first email. No freelance chains, no outsourced ESG content.
05What do we need to provide, and how long does it take?+
Your latest Thai draft (or last filed One Report) and access to whoever owns the numbers. We return a scoped quote within one business hour. Typical engagements run from a focused ESG-section mapping to full 80–200 page bilingual reports; timeline is agreed against your filing window.
